If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will either exchange it / repair it or refund it subject to the below conditions.
1. Unwanted Products
Unwanted products can be returned to us provided:
- It is within 30 days of delivery to you
- It is undamaged and unused. It must have all original labels and stickers still attached
- It is not missing any parts or accessories
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund you the purchase price of the product within 10 working days.
2. Products damaged during delivery
Should a product be damaged during delivery, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the product from you. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and validate the return. We will offer a repair or a replacement product to be sent to you or we will refund you the purchase price of the product.
3. Defective Products
If a product is received defective, please notify us within 7 days o. We will arrange collection of the product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and validate the return. We will offer a repair or a replacement product to be sent to you
Defects do not include the following:
- Faults resulting in normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by negligence or incorrect usage
- Unauthorised alteration of products
- Damage caused by electrical surges or corrosion
4. Logging a Return
To complete your return, please send an email to email@example.com – include a copy of receipt or proof of purchase as well as the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

- Please package the product safely and securely to prevent any damage during shipping
- Include all products, accessories that were in the original order.
